This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a dynamic organization by supporting accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across multiple operating entities.\n\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and eager to partner with both finance and operational teams to deliver accurate financial information and meaningful business insights.\n\nThis position is on site in our Barrington, IL location with one day remote. \nPlease note: Only local candidates will be considered.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nPrepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports, including analysis and commentary on financial performance.\nAnalyze and process accounting transactions and job costs in accordance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.\nPerform account reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger.\nConduct budget-to-actual and variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.\nPartner with project managers and operational teams to ensure accurate cost tracking, reporting, and financial performance monitoring.\nSupport the continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies.\nAssist with year-end audit activities, special projects, and other financial analysis initiatives as needed.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Accounting required;
