continue to forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits through project completion\nPerform project closeout\nCapable of managing single projects in the $5 Million to $20 Million range or multiple small projects in various stages of construction.\nBuild a conceptual schedule and budget\nAbility to value engineer\nPresent clearly and professionally to owners during the bidding process\nManage more complex, increasingly difficult, and larger projects\nCollaborate with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure smooth project execution\n\nLeadership\nProvide leadership through building relationships, motivating others, providing clear direction, and cooperative teamwork\nCommunicate effectively;
