This role is about more than oversseing projects - it's about taking full ownership from early strategy through closeout, ensuring exceptional financial performance, building high-performing teams, and cultivation lasting client partnership. Projects span mission-critical facilities, large-scale commercial, and institutional builds. Experience in highly technical or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred. As a Senior Project Manager, you will shape outcomes that truly matter and drive operational excellence across the organization.\n\nPROJECT MANAGEMENT\nWork with Field Supervision and Project Management to establish operation priorities and ensure safety and quality on every project\nEnsure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs\nEstimate, value engineer and develop project budgets\nFacilitate the subcontractor bid process to include processing, distribution and tracking of all project bidding documentation\nAbility to utilize software programs and templates to process, distribute and track all project documentation\nNegotiate subcontractor and material buyout; develop and negotiate subcontracts\nPlan and schedule projects\nManage jobs in progress including subcontractor coordination, conflict resolution and documentation.\nManage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material and equipment; continue to forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures and profits through project completion.\nPerform project closeout\nManage projects exceeding $20M - $50M\n\nLEADERSHIP\nProvide leadership through building relationships, motivating others, providing clear direction, and cooperative teamwork\nLead teams by building relationships, providing clear direction, and driving collaboration.\nMentor and develop project management staff, fostering high performance.\nCommunicate strategically with clients, stakeholders, and teams.\nCoach future leaders through training and guidance.\nBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT\nInteract with clients and potential clients to identify and pursue potential work\nPrepare and participate in client presentations and project interviews\nNegotiate and secure new business\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:\nB.S. in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field\n8+ years of construction management experience across diverse markets\nExperience in highly technical or fast-paced environments (data centers, mission-critical, industrial) is a strong plus\nA high level of communication and interpersonal skills is required.\n\nThe salary range for this position is between $125,000 - $145,000. We consider many factors when determining the actual hiring salary.
