Working closely with Credit Risk, Finance, Product and Technology teams, you'll develop and enhance analytical models, deliver portfolio insights, and support key initiatives across credit risk, scorecards, Expected Credit Loss (ECL) modelling and IFRS 9 reporting.\nThis is an opportunity to solve complex business problems, influence strategic decision-making, and contribute to innovative, data-driven outcomes across the organisation.\nDevelop and enhance credit risk, scorecard and predictive analytical models\n\nDeliver portfolio performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders\n\nSupport ECL and IFRS 9 modelling, forecasting and provisioning analysis\n\nMonitor model performance and identify opportunities for optimisation\n\nPartner with Credit Risk, Finance, Product and Technology teams on key initiatives\n\nTranslate complex analytical findings into practical business recommendations\n\nContribute to model governance, validation and continuous improvement activities\n\nAbout you\nYou're an experienced Data Scientist or Credit Risk Analytics professional who enjoys using data to solve complex business challenges. You combine strong technical capability with commercial thinking and can confidently communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. With a background in statistical modelling, analytics and modern data tools, you're comfortable taking ownership of your work, collaborating across teams and driving outcomes that make a real impact.\nDegree qualified in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Studies, Data Science, Finance or a related discipline\nExperience in data science, credit risk modelling, portfolio analytics or financial services analytics\nStrong capability with SQL and analytical tools such as Python, R or SAS\nExperience developing, monitoring and improving predictive models or scorecards\nExposure to ECL, IFRS 9, PD, LGD or related credit risk methodologies is highly regarded\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills\nAbility to translate complex analysis into actionable business insights\nA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality outcomes\nOur values guide how we work, make decisions and support each other.\nCan Do: We look for better ways of doing things and work together to deliver great outcomes.\nBalanced: We set our customers up for success, crafting win-win outcomes that are both human and profitable.\nReal: We keep it honest and respect everyone, building genuine connections.\nOur Benefits\nWe know that great work happens when people feel supported.
