As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position:\nInternship - Value Stream EngineeringOverview:\nSelected interns will have the opportunity to work on real-world, value-driven projects in Value Stream Engineering (VSE) - Industrial Engineering (IE) Department, based on their background, skills, and interests as assessed by the hiring managers during the interview process:\nProject Description:\nSupport the preparation and translation of production work instructions (WIs);\n\nAssist engineers in setting up and improving production lines. Follow New Product Introduction (NPI);\n\nCollect and analyze production data to support process improvement base on LEAN Methodology;\n\nAssist in preparing engineering documents, reports, and presentations;\n\nRequirements:\nExpected full-time working (4-5 days/week) within 3 to 6 months;\n\nFinal-year students in Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related;\n\nGood English communication skills are preferred\n\nKnowledge of Kaizen, Green Belt or equivalent experience (Lean Six Sigma) would be advantageous;\n\nGood computer and Microsoft Office skills are required;\n\nWhat skills and experience will the intern gain through this internship?\nGain practical experience in manufacturing engineering' production processes;\n\nDevelop problem-solving and analytical skills through process improvement activities;\n\nEnhance cross-functional teamwork and communication;\n\nAre you excited about this opportunity?
