As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position:\nSenior Procurement Specialist工作职责/ Job Description:\nDevelop and execute Material Group strategies to optimize cost, quality, delivery, flexibility, innovation and supplier performance across Machining, Sheet Metal, Casting, Chemical, Packaging, etc commodities.\nBuild strong global stakeholder relationships with R&D, Procurement, Quality and other global functions, working independently across locations.\nLead supplier audits, assessments and development to drive process, quality and compliance improvements.\nConduct market, benchmark and cost analysis to identify sourcing and cost-reduction opportunities.\nManage the full Supplier Life Cycle - sourcing, qualification, onboarding, evaluation, development, consolidation and phase-out.\nLead global supplier negotiations and contract management to secure competitive commercial terms.\nDrive cost-down, technical cost optimization, localization and supplier development initiatives.\nSupport NPI and new-part sourcing, including supplier qualification, sample/FA readiness and mass-production readiness.\nIdentify and mitigate supply, supplier and commercial risks, ensuring timely escalation and stakeholder alignment.\nDrive procurement digitalization, automation and e-procurement excellence.\nLead cross-functional problem solving with R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Planning to improve supplier and business performance.\nNPI / FA sample readiness and qualification completion.\nCompletion of procurement projects and assigned cost-down targets.\nFA sample management (Monitor ETA, Complete Qualification ready for mass production) .\n任职要求/Job Requirement:\nBachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or other related disciplines.\nBusiness fluent or native-level English in both written and spoken. Business fluent or native proficiency in either Chinese or German is required.\nA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in category procurement, focusing on electronics components, PCB, electro-mechanical, cable, coil winding. MNC working experience is highly preferred.\nProficient in MRP systems such as M3 or SAP, capable of independent data maintenance, purchase order release, delivery rescheduling and order adjustment.\nHigh professional integrity and strong sense of responsibility. Confident and assertive at work with mature strategic supplier management and negotiation capabilities. Self-motivated and independent in daily work, with outstanding cross-functional collaboration and project execution skills.\nSolid strategic negotiation expertise with profound knowledge in manufacturer and distributor evaluation. Familiar with international freight terms and inventory management mechanisms.
