As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position:\nTechnical Product Manager (m/w/d)Aufgaben:\nProduktportfolio-Überwachung und Ergänzung nach Markterfordernissen in Abstimmung mit dem strategischen Produktmanagement\nAusarbeitung, Formulierung und Überwachung von Entwicklungsaufträgen\nErstellung von Marktlastenheften auf Basis von Wettbewerbs- und Marktbetrachtungen\nMitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Produktlasten- und -pflichtenheften\nAktive Teilnahme an Entwicklungsprojekten zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzung marktrelevanter Anforderungen sowie Support des Continuation Managements bei Pflege und Verwaltung von Teilen des aktuellen Produktprogrammes\nUnterstützung des Produkt Marketing Managers bei Markteinführung neuer Produkte sowie Schulung des Vertriebes zu den betreuten Produkten\nProdukt-Controlling, laufende Überwachung der Umsatz-, Deckungsbeitrags-Ergebnisse und Marktanteil-Entwicklung\nQualifikationen:\nAbgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfah­rung in Entwicklung oder Produktmanagement in der Automatisierungstechnik\nMehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement bzw. technischen Marketing\nErfahrung im Projektmanagement\nAusgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelles Einfühlungsvermögen\nKreativität, Zielstrebigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative\nKoordinations- und Organisationsgeschick\nSehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten\nVerhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse\nAre you excited about this opportunity?
