As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position:\nHR LeaderRole Purpose:\nWe are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Leader to lead and enhance our human resources strategy, ensuring a positive employee experience and strong organizational performance. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, support business leaders with effective people solutions, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.\nRole Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.\nManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.\nPartner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace concerns.\nLead talent acquisition activities to attract, assess, and retain high-quality employees.\nDevelop and coordinate learning, training, career development, and succession planning programs.\nOversee performance management processes and promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.\nEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, company policies, and best HR practices.\nAnalyze HR data and prepare reports to support workforce planning and informed business decisions.\nRole Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.\nStrong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and people management practices.\nProven experience managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.\nDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, commercial awareness, and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.\nAre you excited about this opportunity?
