As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position:\nSenior Embedded Software DeveloperRole Purpose:\nThis excellent opportunity based in our Bangalore office is created to assist in developing dependable, maintainable software for industrial products. As a senior technical contributor, the successful candidate will take ownership of key components and features, work closely with global software, hardware, systems and test teams, and help strengthen the team’s engineering capability through sound technical decisions, knowledge sharing and mentoring.\nRole Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, integrate and debug embedded software for industrial products, from hardware-near components to complete features.\nDevelop and maintain drivers, hardware interfaces, communication protocols and board bring-up activities.\nTake technical ownership of assigned modules or work packages, guiding them from planning through delivery.\nPartner with international software, hardware, systems and test teams to align interfaces and deliver integrated solutions.\nContribute to software architecture, technical decisions, code reviews and systematic root-cause analysis.\nPromote high standards in code quality, automated testing, documentation, reliability and long-term maintainability.\nSupport agile planning, estimation, risk identification and continuous improvement across development work.\nMentor colleagues, share knowledge across sites and apply AI-supported engineering methods where they add practical value.\nRole Requirements:\nDegree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.\nSeveral years of hands-on embedded software development experience using C and C++.\nPractical experience with an RTOS, preferably Zephyr, or with embedded Linux.\nExperience working with microcontrollers, drivers, interfaces and hardware-software integration.\nFamiliarity with industrial communication technologies such as CAN, Modbus, PROFINET, EtherCAT or OPC UA.\nExperience with debugging, automated testing, code reviews, source control and continuous integration.\nAn agile approach and structured skills in software development, documentation and defect analysis; experience with Scrum or a similar method is an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership, clear communication and a collaborative mindset; business-fluent English is required. \nKnowledge of sensors or industrial automation, openness to AI-enabled workflows and willingness to travel during team build-up are highly valued.\nAre you excited about this opportunity?
