As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position:\nTalent Acquisition SpecialistPurpose\nThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, identifying and hiring high-quality talent to support the organisation’s business objectives. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, strengthens the employer brand and ensures an efficient, inclusive and positive candidate experience.\nRole Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end recruitment processes, from vacancy briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.\nSource candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies and direct search.\nScreen, assess and shortlist candidates using structured interviews and selection methods aligned with role requirements.\nMaintain accurate recruitment records, monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.\nContribute to employer branding, talent-pipeline development, recruitment projects and continuous improvement of hiring processes.\nRole Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.\nAt least three years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or human resources.\nStrong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment practices, sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.\nExcellent communication, interviewing, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.\nProficiency in recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office and professional networking platforms.\nHighly organised, proactive and results-oriented, with strong judgement, confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.\nAre you excited about this opportunity?
