The role relies on strong organisational, communication, and project management capabilities to improve efficiency, remove barriers to collaboration, and strengthen how the Crypto team operates day-to-day.\nAs the primary link between the Head of Crypto and the wider business, this position supports Crypto teams’ business planning cycle, coordinates reporting, and drives initiatives that enhance engagement and delivery.\nThe role also leads broader business transformation activities within the Crypto business unit, partnering with senior stakeholders to support the delivery of initiatives, ranging from tactical programs to complex and cross-functional strategic projects.\nAs our Business Manager, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:\nSupport business planning and financial planning activities across the Crypto business unit, ensuring alignment with financial year objectives.\nCoordinate forecasting, business cases, and time-sensitive proposals with Crypto team leaders.\nSupport resource planning and budget management in collaboration with Finance and People & Culture.\nLead broader business transformation activities within the Crypto business unit.\nSupport change management, stakeholder alignment, and communication associated with evolving operating models, structure, and workforce impacts arising from transformation initiatives.\nManage collaboration within the Crypto business unit and coordinate engagement with other parts of the business, acting as a central point of contact for cross-functional matters.\nDrive the adoption and optimization of core operations tools to enhance visibility, efficiency and outputs.\nLead on key reporting, including business updates, KPIs, dashboards, and planning documents for executive audiences.\nDevelop and maintain productivity dashboards and metrics, offering actionable insights on performance and delivery.\nSupport the internal communications strategy.\nFacilitate vendor management and support SOW and invoice approval processes.\nAct as a credible representative of the Crypto business unit in cross-functional and leadership forums.\nAbout you\n6+ years’ experience in business management, crypto operations, corporate development, transformation, or strategic planning within crypto or fintech.\nTertiary Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is typically required.
