This role provides exposure to enterprise IT operations, including device imaging, deployment, configuration, and service delivery activities for computers, mobile devices, and other workplace technology. Interns will work alongside experienced IT professionals, receive mentorship from technology leaders, and develop a deeper understanding of how technology supports business operations while building valuable technical and professional skills.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nAssist with asset management, inventory tracking, and technology lifecycle documentation.\nOrganize, clean, document, and maintain inventory across IT storage locations, labs, and equipment areas.\nSupport the deployment, setup, imaging, and configuration of computers, workstations, mobile phones, tablets, and other end-user technology devices.\nGain exposure to end-user support processes by working alongside Client Tech team members to troubleshoot and resolve technology issues.\nParticipate in equipment refresh, patching, and service delivery activities.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation related to technology assets and inventory.\nCollaborate with IT professionals to better understand enterprise technology operations and end-user computing environments.\nAttend team meetings and learning opportunities to gain insight into IT strategy, operations, and business partnership activities.\nPresent internship progress, learning experiences, or project updates during department meetings as applicable.\nShadow team members and technology leaders to gain a broader understanding of IT career paths and enterprise technology functions.\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated interest in information technology, technology support, or related technical fields.\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a team environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nWillingness to participate in hands-on technical and operational assignments.\nInterest in end-user support, hardware deployment, device management, or IT operations.\nPrevious experience working with computers, mobile devices, or technology-related projects through coursework, clubs, personal learning, or work experience.\nMust possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events.\nCompensation and Benefits\nStarting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education.
