You will work alongside procurement professionals to analyze spend data, support RFP activities, engage with stakeholders, and learn supplier management best practices.\nThis internship is designed to provide broad exposure to procurement while developing foundational skills for a future career in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nAnalyze spend data to identify trends and savings opportunities.\nSupport sourcing projects and Request for Proposal (RFP) activities.\nCoordinate meetings, supplier communications, and proposal reviews.\nPartner with departments such as Fleet, Production, Warehouse, and IT to understand business needs.\nAssist with supplier and stakeholder management activities.\nLearn procurement policies, sourcing processes, and contract-related considerations.\nShadow procurement team members and participate in cross-functional training.\nSupport business reviews, supplier evaluations, and procurement documentation.\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in an accredited college or university.\nRising seniors preferred\nPursuing a degree in Business, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail.\nConfident communicator who can build relationships and navigate professional discussions.\nInterest in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or business operations.\nPreferred proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred exposure to data analysis, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain concepts through coursework or previous experience.\nMust possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events.\nCompensation and Benefits\nStarting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education.
