This role is a key part of our team, where you'll take on daily responsibilities ranging from account management and delivery to cold calling and developing new business strategies\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nAssist with merchandising, order processing, and stocking shelves. \nSupport sales efforts and manage a small territory.\nShadow and work alongside team members.\nAssist with creating sales presentations, deal models, and analytics.\nSupport team projects, such as promotional initiatives.\nGain exposure to multiple departments, including Delivery and BES, to understand end-to-end operations.\nParticipate in blitz activities with the sales team.\nRequired Qualifications\nPursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.\nCustomer-service oriented.\nEffective communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEager to learn and self-motivated.\nMust enjoy talking with people in small and large settings.\nEnjoys physical labor with the ability to safely lift 40lb boxes.\nExperience in Microsoft Office, such as PowerPoint and Excel.\nProficiency in Canva, Social Media Platforms, or AI a plus.\nMust possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events.\nCompensation and Benefits\nStarting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education.
