We innovate to create new beverages, like our Nature’s Twist refreshing lemonade line, and we continuously expand our beverage portfolio to bring you and our customers joy.\nWhat We Look for in Team Members\nWe integrity, teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and communication in all we do and expect from all team members.\nWe’d love to receive your application and talk with you about your interest in the position if the overview below describes you.\nWarehouse Supervisor I Role Overview\nSupervises the daily execution of route and transport trucks for a warehouse facility.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nProvides day-to-day direction to warehouse employees.\nCompletes shipping and handling documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.\nPerforms inventory reconciliation.\nPerforms housekeeping duties.\nEnsures the team is adequately staffed, managed and trained.\nLoads orders in an accurate, timely manner.\nProvides timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs\nMaintains performance tracking information.\nOversees all operations in the warehouse (less than 1,500,000 cases of annual sales that are loaded by the facility) including, but not limited to; Sales Loading, Transport Loading, all inventories and Facility Safety and Security across all shifts and all days (24/7).\nResponsible for Food and Safety where applicable.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred.\nThree (3) years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing preferred. \nSAP experience preferred. \nMust have excellent written and oral communication skills. \nMust be able to supervise and provide training to direct reports. \nMust be able to work in a team-oriented environment. \nMust have attention to detail.
