You will work with Observability Architects, engineering teams, partners and business stakeholders to plan and deliver the end to end monitoring of critical business processes important for Pepsico's business.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPlan, track and deliver Business Observability and AIOps projects end to end.\nTurn architecture designs (Event Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping) into clear project plans and roadmaps.\nCoordinate monitoring tool integrations such as AppDynamics, Grafana, Elastic and other monitoring tools.\nOnboard new business processes across sectors, through to handover to the sustain team.\nDeliver service health dashboards, KPI reports and executive status updates.\nTrack outcomes such as MTTD/MTTR improvement, alert noise reduction and business value delivered.\nManage risks, dependencies and issues, and escalate when needed.\nRun Agile ceremonies and governance forums with engineering, operations, vendors and business teams.\nSupport adoption of automation, self-healing and AI/GenAI use cases\nDrive new integrations part of common services framework.\nEnable new uses cases\n\nQualifications\n\nWhat we're looking for\n\n10+ years in IT, including 5+ years as a Technical Project or Program Manager.\nExperience delivering observability, monitoring, ITOM or AIOps projects.\nWorking knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM (Event Management, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping).\nGood understanding of ITSM IPC processes and operational metrics (MTTD, MTTR).\nHands-on Agile/Scrum experience and comfort working with multiple vendors.\nClear communicator who can explain technical progress to senior leaders.\n\nNice to have\n\nPMP, SAFe, CSM or ITIL certification.\nExposure to AI/GenAI in IT operations.\nExperience with business process monitoring in CPG, supply chain or order management.\n\nThis role primarily owns\n\nArea\n\nScope\n\nPGT SAP integrations\n\nBring SAP processes delivered through PGT into VSM monitoring;
