You will work closely with Backend Engineers and Product to deliver reliable and intuitive experiences for users managing financial operations.\n\nYour Tech Environment\n\nYou will work across a modern frontend stack alongside existing platform components:\n\nFrontend: Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS\n\nExisting Components: jQuery 3.7.0, Materialize, funnelEvents.js, bankElements.js\n\nBackend: PHP 8.3.26, CodeIgniter 3.1.8\n\nData & Infrastructure: MySQL 8.0, Redis 7.4\nWhat You’ll Do \n\nOwn frontend development from technical design through implementation, testing, and production delivery\n\nBuild and evolve user-facing applications for payments, accounts, transactions, and other financial workflows\n\nDevelop reusable UI components and features using Angular, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS\n\nTranslate product and business requirements into clear technical solutions and pragmatic frontend implementations\n\nContribute to frontend architecture, technical decisions, and the evolution of shared frontend patterns and standards\n\nIntegrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services, working closely with Backend Engineers on API contracts and end-to-end functionality\n\nWork with existing production codebases, improving legacy components while introducing modern frontend solutions where appropriate\n\nIdentify and address frontend issues related to performance, reliability, security, and user experience\n\nWrite well-tested code and participate in code reviews, debugging, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing\n\nCollaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps to deliver features from initial requirements through production\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n5+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering\n\nStrong hands-on experience with modern Angular and React, including Angular 16+ and React 17+\n\nProficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of component-based frontend architecture\n\nExperience building complex interfaces and reusable UI components with Angular, React, and Tailwind CSS\n\nPractical experience with state management and reactive programming using NgRx, Redux, Zustand, RxJS, or similar technologies\n\nExperience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs, authentication, and authorization flows, including OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT\n\nExperience with unit and integration testing, debugging, performance optimisation, Git, CI/CD, and code review practices\n\nAbility to work confidently with existing production codebases, understand unfamiliar systems, and improve them without unnecessary rewrites\n\nAbility to take ownership of frontend solutions, make sound technical decisions, and work effectively with Backend Engineers, Product, QA, and UX/UI\n\nStrong attention to code quality, security, performance, and user experience\nNice to Have\n\nBackground in fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated environments\n\nHands-on work with back-office systems, admin portals, dashboards, or operational tools\n\nUnderstanding of frontend security principles, including XSS/CSRF prevention and secure handling of sensitive data\n\nFamiliarity with PHP, CodeIgniter, micro-frontends, modular frontend architecture, or design systems\nWhat You’ll Get\n\nCompetitive, market-aligned compensation - discussed openly at first interview\n\nDirect impact on architecture and strategic platform decisions from day one\n\nA real fintech platform running at production scale - not a demo environment\n\nExposure to modern cloud-native, AI-assisted, and Open Banking systems\n\nFully remote setup with flexible hours and an international, highly skilled team\nSounds like a match?
