Candidates must be local to the Austin area or willing and able to relocate to the Austin metropolitan area to satisfy contract requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThe Account Director shall:\nServe as the single point of accountability for the Services.\nBe the single point of contact to whom all DIR communications concerning the Agreement may be addressed.\nHave the authority to act on behalf of Peraton in all day-to-day matters pertaining to the Agreement.\nHave day-to-day responsibility for service delivery, billing, and relationship management.\nHave day-to-day responsibility for ensuring DIR Customer satisfaction and attainment of all Service Levels.\nAdditional Key Responsibilities:\nServe as Peraton's single point of accountability for the full Texas Private Cloud contract.\nServe as the single point of contact for all DIR communications concerning the Agreement.\nExercise authority to act on behalf of Peraton in all day-to-day matters.\nMaintain day-to-day responsibility for service delivery, billing, and relationship management.\nEnsure DIR Customer satisfaction and attainment of all Service Levels.\nServe as the primary executive-facing representative and relationship leader for DIR.\nProvide leadership across a complex, multi-vendor/MSI IT environment.\nDrive accountability for contract performance, service-level achievement, and customer outcomes.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\n16 years of experience, may have management experience\n10+ years of experience managing large-scale government IT managed services contracts, preferably contracts valued at $50M+ per year.\nPrior experience serving as an Account Director, Program Director, or equivalent leadership role on Texas state government or other large public-sector IT contracts.\nDemonstrated experience serving as the single point of accountability in complex multi-vendor/MSI IT environments.\nStrong executive presence and demonstrated ability to serve as the primary face of the organization to DIR leadership and other senior stakeholders.\nExperience managing SLA performance and customer satisfaction within complex, multi-tower IT programs.\nDemonstrated ability to manage day-to-day service delivery, billing, client relationships, and contractual performance.\nStrong communication, leadership, relationship-management, and executive stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to represent Peraton effectively with senior government executives and other key stakeholders.\nMust be a US Citizen.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP certification\nITIL Foundation preferred\nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
