You'll be the one Peraton name AFRH's leadership knows - the person who turns the Statement of Objectives into a working MHS GENESIS deployment across DC and Gulfport.\nPosition Overview\nThe senior contractor leader for the full AFRH Federal EHR deployment. You carry executive-level oversight of every workstream, run the contractor-government interface, and make sure deliverables, milestones, and performance outcomes land on both campuses.\nWhat You'll Do\nSet and drive the integrated program strategy across AFRH-Washington and AFRH-Gulfport\nServe as the primary POC between Peraton and AFRH Government personnel and the COR\nBuild, own, and maintain the WBS and IMS - these are your source of truth\nTranslate the Government SOO into a measurable, defensible PWS\nMap every proposed task back to the MAC IDIQ base contract scope\nDefine and monitor performance outcomes, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria\nRun risk identification and mitigation across the full project lifecycle\nLead key contract deliverables: Staffing Plan (D003), NDAs (D005), training reports (D007)\nRepresent Peraton in Government technical defense sessions\nChoreograph deployment phases from planning through configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization\n*** Contingent upon Contract award ***\nQualifications\nRequired\nRequired Skills & Experience\nSenior program management on Federal EHR or large-scale healthcare IT deployments\nDeep MHS GENESIS / Federal EHR lifecycle fluency\nDOD or VA healthcare program management background\nHands-on with WBS/IMS tooling (MS Project / P6)\nExecutive stakeholder presence - you can walk into a Government review and own the room\nMAC IDIQ / PWS development knowledge\nTrack record defending technical approach before Government panels\nWorking understanding of AFRH's five care levels and operational constraints\nSpecific Requirements\nEducation & Experience: 12 Years Experience to include Supervisory duties\nFederal facility access / background investigation clearance\nMulti-site DOD/VA deployment experience\nCMS regulatory familiarity (RAI-MDS, QAPI)\nUS. citizenship required.\nSigned Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by Day 1.\nOperational Constraints\nZero disruption to patient care - non-negotiable\nTravel requires prior written COR approval\nNormal AFRH operational hours; no Government overtime required\nDesired\nPreferred Certifications & Qualifications\nPMP (strongly preferred) or equivalent program-management credential\nPrior experience on a MHS GENESIS deployment\nExperience with CMS long-term care survey cycles\nTarget Salary Range\n$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
