This role will report to the VCS Workstream Manager and be responsible for coordinating and optimizing project activities, serving as a critical bridge between operational staff and management. The analyst will leverage data analysis, scheduling tools, and process improvement techniques to enhance scheduling efficiency, improve resource allocation, reduce operational bottlenecks, and streamline workflow coordination across teams.\nLocation: Herndon, VA or Bowie, MD\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate VCS project activities\nMaintain schedules and track deliverables\nAssist with the management of meetings; awareness, and capture of status and follow-up actions\nSupport communications flow, team awareness and follow up\nMaintain document controls and configuration management\nAssist with managing subcontractor activities and support\n10% travel requirements\n#BNATCS\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\n5 years with a BS/BA, 7 years with an AS, 9 years in lieu of a degree, 3 years with MS/MA\nUS Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a public trust clearance\nProficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate operational needs into process improvements and scheduling solutions.\nExperience developing reports and maintaining documentation for operational metrics and KPIs.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively between operational teams and management.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge and past experience with FAA\nExperience supporting large-scale technical programs or government programs.\nExperience with process improvement methodologies.\nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
