Location: Fort Gordon, GA.\nTasks include:\nProvide instruction on intelligence support to cyberspace operations, Inforamation Advantage (IA) and EW/Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), and intelligence-related subject areas.\nIntegrate real world scenarios and concepts into course materials, presentations, and practical exercises.\nIdentify emerging skill gaps within the cyber, intelligence, and IA communities, and recommend updates to course content.\nMaintain course materials in accordance with policies and standards.\nIdentify and recommend innovative solutions to training issues, including course delivery, course development, data analytics, and IT planning for training / educational environments to enhance intelligence capabilities. \nProvide Training and Readiness Oversight (TRO).\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS with 16 years of experience or Associates with 14 years of experience.\nDemonstrated experience in cyberspace operations, Information Operations, and/or Electronic Warfare. Prefer a candidate who can teach both cyber and IA topics.\nInstructor background or instructor trained\nAble to coordinate and deliver course content worldwide via an MTT, electronic method/virtual, or in residence at a government designated location and in coordination with multiple units\nAble to integrate with analysts and teams in the ARCYBER G2 and Cyber Military Intelligence Group to keep current and future curriculum development relevant\nAble to support travel requirements to support worldwide exercises\nActive TS with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI, polygraph and MEAD clearance\nU.S. Citizenship Required\nPreferred:\nInstructor qualified through the Army Basic Instructors course or equivalent\nAt least 10 years of general military intelligence analysis, OR 5 years of cyber network operations/analysis experience\nProficient in providing detailed written and oral briefings to senior flag officers and decision makers\nDemonstrated effective communication skills in accordance with ICD 203 (Analytical Standards)\nCertified in at least one of the following: NET+, SEC+, or equivalent\nKnowledge of the TCP/IP and OSI models\nTarget Salary Range\n$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
