You're the one who designs how all of that data lands cleanly inside MHS GENESIS - and defends every decision.\nPosition Overview\nThe architectural lead for migrating AFRH's legacy clinical, dental, pharmacy, and administrative data (Dr. Cloud, Point Click Care, Eagle Soft, Diamond EHR PRO, EPIC, AthenaOne, NovaNet, Insight Go, SRTS) into MHS GENESIS.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign the end-to-end data migration architecture - source analysis, canonical mapping, ETL framework, reconciliation, cutover sequencing\nOwn source-to-target mapping decisions and data model reconciliation to MHS GENESIS\nLead the Senior Data Engineers, ETL Analysts, and Data Quality team through execution\nDefine migration tooling architecture and automation standards\nPartner with the Chief Architect, Integration Lead, and Cutover Manager on sequencing and dependencies\nDrive the data-quality framework - rules, thresholds, reconciliation reporting\nProduce migration architecture artifacts for Government review\n*** Position contingent upon award ***\nQualifications\nRequired\nRequired Skills & Experience\nLead-architect-level data migration on an EHR consolidation or Federal health-IT program\nDeep source-to-target mapping and canonical modeling expertise\nETL tooling architecture (Informatica, Talend, Rhapsody, or equivalent)\nHL7 v2 / FHIR / CCDA fluency for clinical data\nHands-on with reconciliation, data quality rules, and cutover rehearsal strategy\nSpecific Requirements\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor's + 12 yrs; Master's + 10 yrs; PhD + 7 yrs; Associate's + 14 yrs; or 16 yrs experience without a degree.\nFederal facility access / background investigation clearance\nUS. citizenship required.\nSigned Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by Day 1.\nDesired\nPreferred Certifications & Qualifications\nAt least one prior MHS GENESIS, Cerner, Epic, or large EHR migration as lead architect or deputy\nOracle Health / Cerner Millennium data model familiarity\nAWS or Azure data-platform certifications\nExperience with VA/VistA data migration\nTarget Salary Range\n$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
