This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and platform integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem (ServiceNow is a vehicle to hold the data, all analysis is done in Tableau for Visualization) to deliver actionable insights for government and intelligence stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions in a classified environment\nBuild and integrate data science solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including Performance Analytics, custom applications, and workflow automation\nAnalyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and mission-relevant insights\nCollaborate with government, intelligence, and internal technical teams to translate mission requirements into scalable analytics solutions\nCreate dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making via Tableau\nEnsure compliance with data security, governance, and classified handling requirements\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nA Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree requirement\nProfessional experience in data science, analytics, or a related technical role\nActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; or Active TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow, including integrations, Performance Analytics, and/or custom application development\nExperience with statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets\nAbility to work effectively in a classified, on-site environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, or Performance Analytics) \nFamiliarity with development in JavaScript\nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
