If you're passionate about applying data science to real-world national security missions, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and deploy predictive models, machine learning solutions, and advanced analytics to support mission objectives.\nAnalyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable intelligence.\nBuild and support data solutions that integrate with the ServiceNow platform, including Performance Analytics, custom applications, and automated workflows.\nCreate interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPartner with government customers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate mission requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.\nEnsure compliance with security, governance, and classified data handling requirements.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.\nLocation: This position is fully onsite in Washington, DC\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.\n5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related technical discipline.\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.\nExperience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.\nExperience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow, including integrations, Performance Analytics, and/or custom application development.\nAbility to work full-time in a classified, on-site environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or Performance Analytics.\nExperience developing with JavaScript.\nExperience supporting intelligence community or Department of Defense customers.\nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
