or a high school diploma and 11+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelors degree.\nDemonstrated ability to contribute effectively as a team member in efforts focused on upskilling new and existing staff.\nProven capability to rapidly assimilate new requirements, identify integration points within TAC processes, and communicate essential information using methods tailored to the needs of diverse recipients.\nAbility to demonstrate and clearly explain technical skills and processes to enable others to perform independently.\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with peers, leadership, and customers to identify training needs and deliver training in a cooperative environment.\nSenior-level expertise in triaging datacenter incidents and events to ensure timely and effective resolution.\nSenior experience with Active Directory account and server management and monitoring.\nExperience preparing clear, concise documentation and briefings for leadership.\nHands-on experience with server administration, including Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and SharePoint.\nSenior-level proficiency with monitoring and management platforms such as vCenter, vSphere, VMware vRealize Operations Manager, Log Insight, and Network Insight.\nSenior experience in enterprise/datacenter Service Desk operations, including use of service management tools (Remedy/Helix preferred).\nExperience monitoring backup systems, SQL Server, Oracle, storage systems (SAN and NAS), and networking principles/equipment (Cisco, Palo Alto).\nFamiliarity with executing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes with emphasis on Incident and Event Management.\nDemonstrated customer service focus and capability.\nAbility to work effectively within a distributed virtual team across multiple locations, using both synchronous and asynchronous communication tools and techniques.\nIAT II certification required (e.g., CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP); Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
