This is not a remote position.\nIn this role the contractor will be responsible for the following:\nProcesses, distributes, and maintains controlled documentation using a document control system.\nProcesses project documents including but not limited to, assigning file codes, scanning documents, and completing the applicable metadata into the applicable document repository, routing and distribution, hard copy document filing and fulfillment of document retrieval requests.\nProcesses and maintains project documents and update master copies of drawings/specifications logs/binders and implement document control procedures.\nCollects, maintains, and distributes documents necessary to define product configuration and control technical processes that insure conformance to customer requirements.\nMaintains a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center.\nCollects and maintains files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control technical or manufacturing processes.\nEnsures timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.\nMaintains a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.\nPerforms clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary.\nPerforms job in accordance with document control practices.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma\nU.S. Citizenship \nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret eligible clearance; Active federal background investigation with a favorable T5 adjudication is preferred\n1 to 2 years of customer service or clerical experience.\n1 to 2 years of experience using Microsoft office. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nAbility to work in a fast-paced changing environment with limited supervision - ONSITE Loveland, CO office\nExcellent organizational, scheduling and prioritization skills\nMaintain high level of confidentiality ethics and integrity\nProficient writing and communication skills\nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.
