The SITE III DO contract is designed to establish and ensure a multi-discipline approach to requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis across the National apparatus of Defense Intelligence, Combatant Commands, supporting Partner Nations and other Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate Human Intelligence (HUMINT) collection, correlation and dissemination. Our support team applies best practices in architecture design, data science, cloud services, DevSecOps and platform integration to develop, sustain and continually evolve the global U.S. human intelligence apparatus and supporting partners. This role is fully on-site in Indian Head, MD.\nThe Front End Software Engineer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:\nDesigns, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.\nConducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software.\nDetermines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.\nEnsures software standards are met.\nAnalyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.\nConfers with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.\nDesigns, develops and modifies software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.\nCoordinates software system installations and monitors equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.\nSpecifically seeking Front End Developers as follows:\nResponsible for website design/layout, images, content, buttons, navigation and internal links.\nResponsible for verifying that a website's visual front end is free of errors and looks exactly as designed.\nImplementation must support multiple browser types and versions, be 508 compliant and perform for bandwidth disadvantaged users.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in an area relevant to the position with 12+ years of applicable experience OR a Master’s degree in an area relevant to the position with 10+ years of applicable experience OR a Ph.D. in an area relevant to the position with 7+ years of applicable experience; an additional 4 years of applicable experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree.\nActive TS/SCI or SCI eligibility and active polygraph or ability to obtain a polygraph\nExperience with Javascript, Jquery, Angular, Bootstrap or some other UI framework\nExperience with Spring Boot, Java\nBuilding prototypes in HTML or PowerPoint\nStrong troubleshooting skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment\nFulltime work in a SCIF is required, but hours are flexible\nDesired Qualifications\nOpenShift, Keycloak, Wildfly\nMaterial-UI\nJenkins, Git, Artifactory, CI/CD pipelines\nAutomated testing (JMeter, Selenium, Robot Framework)\nSecurity+ or other IAT II/III level certification that is currently active\nAWS experience\nSTIG hardening\nPeraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and eligible to participate in an attractive bonus plan.\nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
