Visit peraton.com to learn how we’re keeping people around the world safe and secure.\nResponsibilities\nPeraton is hiring a Hardware Technician onsite at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.\nWhat you will do:\nProvides technical support for computers and associated networks\nInstalls, troubleshoots, services, and repairs personal computers, network equipment such as servers, modems, multiplexers, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors\n Provides personal computer, hardware, and software support to internal and/or external customers\n Diagnoses reported hardware, software, and network problems; resolves problems or contracts additional technical support as necessary\nMaintains network diagrams and circuit records, maintains trouble logs, instructs users in the use of computers\nInvestigates information, network, and communications needs of users and makes recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases. \nPerforms basic PC, PBX, and network software programming.\nQualifications\nWhat you will need:\nHigh School level plus some advanced training; Minimum of 3 years\n\nIT hardware installation and maintenance experience\nCurrent Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly\nTarget Salary Range\n$39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
