Peraton is looking for an Intelligence Management Specialist specializing in Executive Support to serve as the organizational backbone of USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD.\nIn this role, you'll be the primary administrative support to the AJ2-Cyber Operations (CO) and the Director of Intelligence - managing conferences, taskers, VTCs, staffing charts, and front office coordination at the highest levels of the command. You'll be the person senior leaders rely on to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you thrive in a high-tempo, high-visibility environment and take pride in making complex organizations run smoothly, this role puts your skills at the center of one of the most consequential intelligence directorates in the U.S. government.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as primary administrative support to the AJ2-Cyber Operations (CO) and Director of Intelligence, USCYBERCOM J21\nManage all J2-lead conferences including Town Halls, Off Sites, and executive-level meetings - from planning through execution\nManage all USCYBERCOM J21 taskers including compiling, staffing, refining, and submitting completed taskers on time\nCoordinate and schedule senior-level Video Teleconference (VTC) meetings and secure appropriate conference rooms\nDisseminate documents and materials for executive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings\nCreate and maintain Command-wide organization and staffing charts\nManage supply ordering and coordinate monthly J2 Orientation for new employees\nSupport the USCYBERCOM J2 Functional Area Agreement Manager (FAAM) by coordinating, developing, and drafting support agreement actions\nProvide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support\nAuthor and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives\nQualifications\nWhat You Bring\nRequired:\nActive Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph\nMinimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BA/BS or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD\nWorking knowledge of executive administrative support, tasker management, and IC/DoD classification guidelines\nDemonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats\nProficiency with Defense Travel System (DTS), Excel, SharePoint, and VTC systems\nUnderstanding of cross-domain data transfer systems and intelligence dissemination processes\nExceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, senior leadership environment\nPreferred:\nExperience providing executive administrative support to senior government or military leadership (GO/FO level)\nBackground in conference management, tasker management, or Functional Area Agreement (FAA) management\nFamiliarity with USCYBERCOM J2 organizational structure and administrative processes\nExperience with JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet cross-domain transfer systems\nKnowledge of DoD Functional Area Agreement (FAA) processes and DIAI 5520.001 requirements\n12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years\n Master's degree in a related field - or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)\nPeraton drives missions of consequence - protecting and promoting U.S. national security at the highest levels. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
