You will employ intelligence expertise to integrate Defense and National intelligence support capabilities into overarching operational planning functions across DoD, supporting campaign plans, deliberate planning, and crisis management. This role requires approximately 25% travel and offers the opportunity to shape USCYBERCOM's intelligence planning enterprise.\nResponsibilities:\nIntegrate Defense and National intelligence support capabilities into operational planning functions across DoD in accordance with JOPES\nSupport development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning\nAssist with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process\nCoordinate production of National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP), Annex B, and Functional Support Plans\nEnsure intelligence planning activities are integrated and synchronized with J3, J5, and J7 battle rhythms\nDevelop, manage, and coordinate intelligence task lists identifying intelligence support products and responsible divisions\nProvide full-range coordination with command partners (foreign and domestic) to inform intelligence Directorate leadership\nManage portfolios of foreign and domestic partners for various governmental requirements\nDevelop strategies to establish, develop, and maintain partnerships enabling enhanced analytic production\nDocument Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives\nQualifications\nQualifications:\nActive Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Poly required \n12+ years of relevant experience in the labor category, with at least a portion within the last 2 years\nMaster's degree in a related field from an accredited institution; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)\nWorking knowledge of intelligence planning concepts, JOPES, and IC/DoD classification guidelines\nDemonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and planning documents in Microsoft Office formats\nProficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniques\nUnderstanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations\nStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with foreign and domestic partners\nWillingness and ability to travel approximately 25% (CONUS and OCONUS); valid passport required\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Intellipedia, SharePoint, PAC, BICES, Chippewa, Stoneghost, or Ispace\nBackground in joint intelligence planning, JIPOE, or operational planning support\nExperience coordinating National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP) or Annex B products\nFamiliarity with USCYBERCOM J2/JIOC planning processes and battle rhythms\nKnowledge of interagency coordination processes and whole-of-government strategic decision-making\nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
