CAC, SAML, OAuth, Active Directory - all of it, cleanly, for AFRH.\nPosition Overview\nAdvisor-level identity engineer for AFRH's DOD MP-ICAM integration - CAC/PIV, federation, directory, and privileged-access flows.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and implement AFRH's identity integration with DOD MP-ICAM\nConfigure CAC/PIV authentication, SAML/OAuth federation, and directory synchronization\nPartner with Cyber/ATO/MDIO on identity controls for the ATO package\nSupport provisioning, deprovisioning, and privileged-access workflows\nAuthor identity architecture artifacts and transmit to Government\n*** Contingent upon Contract award ***\nQualifications\nRequired\nRequired Skills & Experience\nAdvisor-level identity / ICAM engineering with DOD or Federal experience\nCAC/PIV, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and Active Directory fluency\nPKI operations and certificate lifecycle management\nExperience with DOD MP-ICAM or an equivalent Federal identity platform\nSpecific Requirements\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor's + 8 yrs; Master's + 6 yrs; PhD + 3 yrs; Associate's + 10 yrs; or 12 yrs experience without a degree.\nFederal facility access / background investigation clearance\nUS. citizenship required.\nSigned Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by Day 1.\nDesired\nPreferred Certifications & Qualifications\nAt least one prior MP-ICAM or equivalent Federal identity integration\nCISSP, Security+, or equivalent\nDoD 8570 IAT-II/III\nSailPoint, Okta, or Ping identity-platform certification\nTarget Salary Range\n$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
