Location: Fort Gordon, GA. In this role, you will lead and oversee a large contract team supporting a project addressing the Army’s CI/OT security.\nMaintain security of systems within an industrial environment, including hardware and software like SCADA systems, PLC controllers, and other automation tools, by monitoring industrial processes and network traffic to validate good cybersecurity posture\nEvaluate cyber readiness and security of Army OT systems through site assessments and risk mitigation strategies. \nCommunicate threat intent and capability using military tactical tasks and MITRE ATT&CK Enterprise and ICS frameworks\nConduct intelligence analysis to deliver actionable intelligence to enhance threat detection capabilities \nProvides analysis of CI/OT related threatsMonitors, analyzes, and detects cyber events and incidents within information systems and networks.\nAssists with integrated, dynamic cyber defense\n\nProvide contract-related management and oversight of the team:Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines\nAcquires follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development\nHas supervisory and developmental responsibilities within a functional area including performance of professional and technical personnel\nMonitors project funding and forecasts of program financial performance; develops and delivers required contract reports\n\nQualifications\nRequired:\n12 years of experience with supervisory or management experienceMust be adaptable in positioning/developing the contract team to meet the evolving requirements and the emerging threat complexities\n\nMust have advanced level of experience and knowledge to advise key stakeholders such as G2 ACE, G36, CPB, USACE, USAMC on key capabilities including intelligence production with regard to facility-related ICSs, Organic Industrial Base, and civil works.Must be knowledgeable of OT cybersecurity best practices, threat landscape, and mitigation strategies in SCADA, PLC, Human Machine Interface (HMI), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and other industrial automation systems\nUnderstand methods used by threats to disrupt, manipulate, or control OT systems\nMust understand physical and logical communication methods and protocols used in ICS, PLC, SCADA, DCS, RTU, and HMI systems\nUnderstand ICS operations and able to distinguish discrepancies in normal/abnormal operations\n\nThis position has a government-required certification: must have and maintain IAM Level III (CISM, CISSP, GSLC, or CCISO)\nActive TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI, Polygraph and MEAD\nU.S. Citizenship required\nMust be able to travel and/or provide surge support \nDesired:\nCertifications/training/experience:ISA/IEC 62443, SANS GIAC Critical Infrastructure Protection (GCIP) training, or\nGIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID) Certification, or\nICS612 training, or\nat least 5 years of specific OT/ICS cybersecurity experience\n\nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
