As a Systems Administrator on our team, you will support the Program Management Office of one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at our contractor location.\nAs a PMO Systems Administrator on our team you will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems; manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems; provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the desktops/network devices, mobile devices, etc; and provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.\nIn addition, you will provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers; provide support for the secure and unclassified systems; provide support for hardware problems; remain involved in the resolution process; configure and manage Windows operating systems; install/load operating system software; troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network component; and implement operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. #MDFSP #AJCM\nQualifications\nIndividual Capabilities/Experience Required:\nBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university\nFive (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity\nFive (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.\nMust meet DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level 1 requirements (Security+ at a minimum).\nComputer Network Operations - Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in Modern operating systems and network architectures.\nInformation Assurance - Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation. Architecture development and design. Risk Assessments. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
