Duties may include providing research and assistance with implementation of community policies and guidance. Employees may also support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.Basic Requirements:\nStrategic Planning Experience - support the evolution of the sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities\nPerformance Management Experience - ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics\nEnterprise Architecture Experience - have a foundational knowledge of enterprise architecture related to technical collection, and be able to communicate its relationship to the overall Intelligence Community (IC) portfolio\nKeep abreast of the IC Portfolio of Technical Investments-related strategies, business goals, objectives, performance targets, and associated technical collection enterprise architecture\nMake recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues\nMake recommendations to keep strategy, performance, and architecture aligned accordingly\nFunction as a liaison and lead discussion with IC program managers, DoD partners, and private sector companies on program capabilities and services delivery and requirements concerns\nAssist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives\nCommunicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications:\nTS/SCI with Polygraph required\nRequires BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. However, an additional four years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.\nDraft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills\nExpert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence\nExpert knowledge of Data integration complexities\nStrong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills\nProvide appropriate audience-written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills\nWork with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities\nProduce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.)\nAbility and willingness to support the architecture and design of AI Strategy, Implementation plans and policiesDesired Qualifications:\nTechnical degree in Engineering or Science, practical not theoretical\nBroad experience with the IC and touch points to DoD\nAI certification\nTarget Salary Range\n$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
