Workstreams don't drift on your watch - they ship.\nPosition Overview\nDay-to-day execution lead for one or more deployment workstreams, keeping scope, schedule, and quality aligned under the AFRH Program Manager.\nWhat You'll Do\nRun day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams (configuration, data, training, cutover, etc.)\nKeep the IMS fresh - tasks, dependencies, baselines, variance commentary\nChair workstream status meetings and roll results up to the Program Manager\nSpot risks and issues early; drive them to closure or formal escalation\nCoordinate directly with Government functional leads on your scope\nProduce weekly status, burn-down, and milestone reporting\nSupport deliverable production and quality review for your workstream\n*** Contingent upon Contract award ***\nQualifications\nRequired\nRequired Skills & Experience\nPM delivery experience on Federal IT or healthcare IT programs\nFluency in schedule management, risk/issue tracking, and dependency management\nClear written and verbal communication - your status reports should answer questions, not generate them\nComfortable managing matrixed technical teams\nSpecific Requirements\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor's + 2 yrs; Master's + 0 yrs; Associate's + 4 yrs; or 6 yrs experience without a degree.\nFederal facility access / background investigation clearance\nUS. citizenship required.\nSigned Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by Day 1.\nDesired\nPreferred Certifications & Qualifications\nPrior experience on a healthcare IT, EHR, or large systems-integration program\nPMP or CAPM\nMHS GENESIS or Federal EHR exposure\nAgile/SAFe scaled experience\nTarget Salary Range\n$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
