The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, proactive candidate sourcing, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates.\nThis individual will support recruiting efforts for funded federal programs, new business opportunities, and proposal initiatives. The successful candidate will be resourceful, collaborative, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate submissions, and offer coordination.\nProactively source and engage qualified candidates using company-provided job boards, employee referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.\nBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical, professional, and program management positions.\nDevelop trusted relationships with hiring managers and program leaders, providing exceptional customer service, timely updates, and recruiting recommendations.\nSupport recruiting efforts for funded programs, new business opportunities, and proposal-related positions.\nDeliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.\nManage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and accountability.\nMaintain accurate recruiting records in iCIMS and ensure compliance with company policies and recruiting procedures.\nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR, and business stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant recruiting experience, or a high school diploma and a minimum of 6 years of relevant recruiting experience.\nU.S. citizenship is required.\nExperience sourcing, screening, and recruiting professional and technical candidates.\nDemonstrated experience using job boards, employee referrals, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.\nDemonstrated success building strong relationships with hiring managers and delivering excellent customer service.\nExperience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.\nStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple recruiting priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated initiative, accountability, and a proactive approach to recruiting.\nMust be local to the DC metro area. \nPreferred Qualifications (PQs)\nExperience recruiting within the federal government contracting industry, particularly federal civilian programs.\nExperience recruiting technical professionals, including AI/ML Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Software Engineers, Network Engineers, and enterprise IT services professionals.\nExperience using iCIMS.\nFamiliarity with federal security clearance and Public Trust requirements.\nExperience supporting proposal recruiting and building candidate pipelines for future business opportunities.\nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
