This position is 100% remote.\nThe position will perform the following duties, but not limited too:\nCharged with working with the project stakeholders and end users to elicit, understand, analyze, and document the requirements for a system to solve a given business problem.\nOperate as a subject matter expert (SME) resource for the customer and the software development teams with regards to the functional elements of our product, including solution support for existing functionality and generating enhancement requirements for system improvement\nDocuments, analyzes, and reviews software requirements for a large software development team responsible for development, testing, installation, customer interface and O&M activities for several applications supporting the classification of data and documents.\nResponsible for interfacing with multiple stakeholders to assess and understand the requirements to ensure that user stories are consistent and applicable across all products.\nResponsible for overseeing functional and non-functional requirements for multiple products within the project team.\nThe primary duties include managing and verifying requirements; capturing detailed descriptions of user needs and product functionality; and ensuring the project team has clear, consistent, and testable requirements documented in user stories and completion criteria.\nReconciles conflicts; decomposes high-level information into the appropriate level of detail for team members; and participates in peer reviews of requirements documentation.\nOperate as the liaison between the functional and technical resources and participate in the agile software development process for the creation of system functionality; including upgrades, system modifications, day-to-day problem analysis, and issue tracking to enhance our integration.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\n5 years as a business systems analyst with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD\nMust be a US citizen\nAbility to obtain Public Trust clearance\nAbility to work with minimal supervision\nKnowledge in generating process documentation\nStrong problem solving, written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBusiness Analyst Certified CCBA -Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA™), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent certification.\nScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist 4.0 certified or equivalent certification\nTarget Salary Range\n$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
