As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location.\nAs an Emerging Technology Systems Engineer, you will support the customer in establishing and formalizing approaches that will underpin formal requirements and processes supporting customers. This role will contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as Systems Engineering Plans, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents. This role involves planning, monitoring, and generating systems engineering artifacts to assist the government with facilitating technology transition into and out of the capabilities architecture, and works with the government to facilitate, lead and document decision meetings to engage stakeholders in accomplishing the work.\nThe role will also help define the methods, processes, and evaluation criteria by which the systems, subsystems and work products are verified against their requirements in a written plan. #MDFSP #AJCM\nQualifications\nIndividual Capabilities/Experience Required:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related discipline and at least 15 years of systems engineering experience. A Master’s or PhD Degree may be substituted for two years of experience. Note: A High School Diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.\nOperational experience of customer systems\nPosition requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.\nIndividual Capabilities/Experience Desired:\nSignificant experience with Intelligence Community customers, their missions and infrastructures.\nAbility to establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers.\nDemonstrated customer interface experience in eliciting technical requirements.\nExperience working on project development from requirements definition to deployment.\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.\nPeraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and eligible to participate in an attractive bonus plan.\nTarget Salary Range\n$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
