The customers we support are large and small Aerospace companies. The mission of our team is to provide customer satisfaction for product quality and delivery schedules while focusing internally on continuous improvement of our processes to reduce costs, rework and repair.\nOur production facility is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk who will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, inspection, documentation, storage, and shipment of materials, components, and finished products. This position will support production operations by ensuring accurate inventory records, material traceability, and timely movement of materials while maintaining compliance with established procedures and customer requirements.\nResponsiblities of the position:\nReceives incoming materials, supplies, components, and customer-provided parts, verifying quantities and documentation against purchase orders and packing slips.\nInspects incoming and outgoing shipments for visible damage, discrepancies, and proper identification.\nPrepares, packages, labels, and processes outgoing shipments in accordance with customer requirements and established procedures.\nGenerates and maintains shipping and receiving documentation, including packing slips, shipping labels, and material traceability records.\nCoordinates incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers and internal departments to support delivery schedules.\nProper material handling and safety practices. \nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma with and 1 or more years of related shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and inventory transactions.\nBasic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently as well as in a team environment.\nAbility to safely handle, package, and move materials and products.\nMust be a US Citizen\nDesired Qualifications:\nTwo or more years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nExperience with shipping carriers and preparation of shipping documentation. \nTarget Salary Range\n$30,000 - $48,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
