This role will be responsible for interpreting and enforcing government and company security policies and providing expert direction and guidance to program security personnel, program managers, and external stakeholders. The Security Administration Supervisor will be responsible for the following:\nKey responsibilities.\nDeliver comprehensive security operations across multiple facilities and programs. \nInterpret and enforce government and company security policies, providing proactive direction and guidance to program security personnel.\nMaintain active, professional liaison with U.S. government program security officers (PSOs), customers, and defense agencies. \nServe as the primary point of contact for security related coordination.\nServe as a Personnel Security point of contact for cleared personnel \nInitiate, review, and submit clearance packages including initial investigations, upgrades, and transfers, \nManage personnel security actions in DISS, including owning relationships, servicing relationships, visit requests, incident reports, CSRs (Customer Service Requests), and eligibility verifications.\nMonitor Continuous Vetting (CV) alerts and DISS notifications.\nConduct initial security briefings, SF-312 execution, annual refresher training, foreign travel briefings, courier briefings, and debriefings.\nMaintain accurate, audit-ready personnel security records, \nSupport reporting obligations under SEAD 3 (reportable activities, foreign contacts, foreign travel, financial issues, arrests, adverse information) and ensure timely submission of reports in DISS.\nCoordinate with DCSA and other government adjudicative and investigative agencies on clearance-related actions, RFIs, and interim determinations.\nProvide prime and/or subcontractor security support and direction, including the development, issuance, and maintenance of DD Form 254s and associated security guidance.\nDevelop and revise program level security plans, procedures, and instructions, ensuring consistent application across all supported operations.\nOversee classified space management and document control to safeguarding standards.\nLead Security Self inspections, internal audits, and take the primary lead for Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) security reviews.\nEnsure the timely and relevant development of robust Security volumes for competitive proposals and business capture efforts.\nManage facility information and security records efficiently within NISS.\nQualifications\n6 years of hands-on experience in industrial security within the defense contracting industry, including direct FSO or CPSO experience.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI eligibility with Top Secret-level access\nPossess a high level of understanding of DoD and Intelligence Community security clearance processes, security related policies and procedures related to 32 CFR Part 117.\nHands-on, current expertise with DISS, NBIS, eApp, and NISS - including owning/servicing relationships, CV alert handling, and incident reporting.\nWorking knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), SEAD 3, SEAD 4, and relevant Executive Orders.\nDemonstrated experience processing the full clearance lifecycle: initials, continuous vetting, transfers, upgrades.\nAbility to apply the foregoing knowledge of government security requirements in a complex multi-level secure environment to ensure program compliance in non-routine situations\nStrong expertise in DD Form 254 cradle to grave processing. \nProven track record of successful navigating DCSA vulnerability assessment and self-inspection programs.\nStrong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with program managers, government representatives and cleared personnel across all organization levels.\nHighly proficient written and verbal communications skills.\nDemonstrated capability in authoring security proposal volumes and operational documentation.\nAbility to work independently to identify, assess & resolve unique security situations with innovative solutions geared to facilitate contract performance within the bounds of security\nDemonstrated skill in using databases to track and monitor information\nExperience managing classified collateral facilities.\nFamiliarity with enterprise security management tools such as SIMS, Access Commander, Sentinel, or equivalent.\nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
