Join us and be part of the next generation of innovators as we blaze a trail forward for our profession and company.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProvides subject matter and Program expertise in support of the operator stakeholders at their work locations to answer questions, assist with development of operating procedures, and provide proficiency and on-the-job training. \nProvides operator perspectives and SME to other areas of the project including the development and training teams to ensure that operator and operational needs are understood. \nProvides support for exercises involving the use of Program by supporting operator use of Program tools during the exercise and coordination and troubleshooting as needed among all stakeholders including operator, operational support, and development teams to achieve the exercise goals. \nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a STEM field and Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with Ph.D. Additional four relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. \nTwo (2) years Orbital Analysis and space operations experience \nMust have experience in communicating with all levels of leadership \nThis position requires the candidate possess a minimum of Top Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI The candidate must maintain the clearance. \nExperience developing cloud, engineering or technical administrative course work to include certification material. \nExperience directly training teams with hands-on technical workshops that are applicable to the environments they work in. \nStrong communication and organizational skills in leading a team and coordination with program leadership \nYou can express yourself confidently, concisely, and accurately through written and oral communications from both an academic learner and trainer’s perspective. \nYou are detail/process oriented, can multi-task, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. \nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience working with loosely organized groups of client and other contractor stakeholders toward achieving shared objectives \nExcellent written and oral communication skills \nInstructor experience \nExperience working with agile software development projects with exposure to all phases of software lifecycle, requirement to operations \nSSA / SDA system integration experience \nPeraton Overview\nPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
