Interprets DIDs, assembles multi-contributor documents, and shepherds them through formal submission.\nWhat You'll Do\nAuthor, edit, and format CDRL deliverables to DID and DD-1423 requirements\nInterpret DIDs and translate contractual requirements into compliant deliverables\nCoordinate across SMEs, PMO, security, and training to assemble multi-contributor documents\nManage review cycles, version control, and formal Government submissions\nProduce SOPs, run-books, configuration guides, and after-action reports\nMaintain the deliverable tracker and support compliance matrix activities\n*** Contingent upon Contract award ***\nQualifications\nRequired\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical writing and editing on a Federal / DoD program with CDRL deliverables\nFluency with DIDs, DD-1423, and formal Government submission processes\nMicrosoft Office / Adobe Acrobat / SharePoint fluency\nClean, structured editorial judgment - you make documents better, not just longer\nSpecific Requirements\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor's + 2 yrs; Master's + 0 yrs; Associate's + 4 yrs; or 6 yrs experience without a degree.\nFederal facility access / background investigation clearance\nUS. citizenship required.\nSigned Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by Day 1.\nDesired\nPreferred Certifications & Qualifications\nPrior experience with health-IT or EHR program documentation preferred\nSociety for Technical Communication (STC) certification\nPrior MHS GENESIS, DHA, or VA documentation experience\nSection 508 accessibility fluency\nTarget Salary Range\n$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
