The successful candidate will combine software engineering, machine learning, and Generative AI expertise to build reliable, production-ready services integrated with enterprise systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGenerative AI & Agent Development:\nDevelop AI agents using modern Agentic AI frameworks and Dify.\nBuild and optimise RAG solutions, including document ingestion, retrieval, vector search, and response generation.\nDesign agent orchestration and tool-calling workflows to support enterprise use cases.\nImplement prompt engineering, agent memory, reflection, and evaluation capabilities.\nDevelop AI-powered workflow automation and enterprise knowledge management solutions.\nMachine Learning & Predictive Analytics:\nDevelop machine learning models for recommendation systems, classification, ranking, and predictive analytics.\nPrepare and analyse data, engineer features, and evaluate model performance.\nTrain and optimise models using Scikit-learn, XGBoost or LightGBM, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.\nEngineering, Integration & Deployment:\nBuild production-ready AI services and REST APIs using Python.\nIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources, repositories, and applications.\nContainerise and deploy solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage source code using Git.\nMonitoring & Evaluation:\nImplement monitoring, observability, and model evaluation frameworks.\nAssess retrieval quality, response accuracy, model performance, and service reliability.\nTroubleshoot issues and improve solution performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nMaintain technical documentation covering architecture, integrations, deployment, and operations.\nMandatory Requirements:\nProgramming & Integration:\nHands-on proficiency in Python and SQL.\nExperience developing and integrating REST APIs.\nMachine Learning:\nPractical experience with Scikit-learn.\nExperience with XGBoost or LightGBM.\nExperience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.\nAbility to develop and evaluate models for recommendation, classification, ranking, or predictive analytics.\nGenerative AI:\nHands-on experience building RAG solutions and implementing vector search.\nExperience developing LLM applications.\nPractical experience using Dify.\nExperience developing agents using Agentic AI frameworks.\nUnderstanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, prompt engineering, memory, reflection, and evaluation.\nCloud & DevOps:\nHands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.\nExperience implementing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\nProficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
