You will collaborate with technical teams and clients to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud environments while improving infrastructure deployment and maintenance through automation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate, administer, and maintain AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.\nPerform daily cloud operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve incidents within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).\nSupport cloud implementation projects and pilots, ensuring deployed configurations align with approved designs and specifications.\nEnsure cloud configurations meet performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability requirements.\nParticipate in VM and database migrations, including migration engagements involving more than 20 VMs or databases.\nUse migration tools such as Azure Migrate and CloudEndure, where required.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration deployment, and maintenance using Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.\nApply automation-by-default principles to new implementations and ongoing cloud operations.\nParticipate in client operational meetings, technical discussions, and implementation planning.\nIdentify and contribute to process improvements and cloud environment optimisation.\nProvide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to team members and client accounts.\nPrepare and maintain configuration records, implementation documentation, operational procedures, and incident-resolution documentation.\nKeep technical knowledge and relevant cloud certifications current, and share practical insights with the wider technical team.\nRequirements:\n3-7 years of relevant experience in cloud operations, administration, and implementation.\nHands-on experience operating and administering AWS and/or Azure environments.\nExperience delivering cloud implementations and supporting technical client engagements.\nExperience migrating more than 20 VMs or databases.\nHands-on experience using Azure Migrate for VM migrations.\nFamiliarity with cloud migration tools, including CloudEndure.\nPractical experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.\nAbility to implement cloud configurations that meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving incidents within agreed SLAs.\nAbility to prepare clear technical and operational documentation.\nAbility to provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement.\nRelevant cloud certifications should be maintained; AWS certifications are preferred.\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
