You will be responsible to utilize product domain knowledge and sound engineering practices, to carry out embedded firmware test activities. You are going to perform test strategy, test planning, and test execution activities in assigned project.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as main test engineer and work independently in the assigned project.\nGenerate test documentation such as test strategy, test plan, test report. Working with other team members whenever required.\nUnderstand and translate requirements, design/functional specifications to define test requirements and design test cases.\nParticipate in reviews for feature requirements.\nPerform analysis and improvement on the existing test cases.\nDevelop test ware, test script, and execute firmware functional tests based on guidelines.\nDebug failures, report, and track anomalies. Report progress to managers and escalate issues on time to project or management.\nPerform regression testing whenever necessary.\nRequirements:\nStrong knowledge and expertise in Test Engineering processes (Agile, continuous integration, waterfall) and methods for test case design and test coverage optimization.\nStrong knowledge and expertise in test automation methodologies.\nStrong knowledge and expertise in real-time embedded system/hardware.\nProgramming experience in scripting languages is required (preferably Python).\nExperience/knowledge in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery process.\nExperience/knowledge in network protocols and analyzer.\nFamiliarity with industrial communication network/protocols, e.g.: EtherNet/IP, HART will be advantageous.\nExperience/knowledge of industrial automation and PLC application will be advantageous.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently in the assigned project.\nExtensive experience with test lab development and support.\nExtensive experience with bug/anomaly tracking and triage systems.\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
