The role involves maintaining endpoint management infrastructure, deploying applications and updates, strengthening security compliance, and automating operational tasks across enterprise environments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, administer and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure, including site systems, Management Points and Distribution Points.\nMonitor infrastructure health, availability and performance, and troubleshoot issues affecting endpoint management services.\nPackage, test and deploy applications, software updates and configuration changes using SCCM/MECM.\nManage patch deployment and support vulnerability remediation activities in collaboration with security and infrastructure teams.\nImplement security hardening and compliance configurations aligned with applicable STIG requirements and CIS benchmarks.\nDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration, reporting, deployment and troubleshooting tasks.\nSupport Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022 environments underpinning endpoint management services.\nTroubleshoot deployment, client communication and connectivity issues involving DNS, DHCP, firewalls and VLANs.\nMaintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration records, operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, network, security and application teams to deliver reliable endpoint management services.\nSupport infrastructure upgrades, migrations and changes in accordance with established change management processes.\nMandatory Requirements:\nAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in SCCM/MECM administration and architecture.\nStrong expertise in Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022 environments.\nProven experience designing and managing SCCM infrastructure, including Distribution Points, Management Points and other site system roles.\nSolid understanding of application packaging, testing and deployment using SCCM/MECM.\nExperience implementing security hardening and compliance configurations using STIG requirements and CIS benchmarks.\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational support.\nKnowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, firewalls and VLANs, as they relate to endpoint management.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent technical documentation and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across technical teams.\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience:\nExperience with Microsoft Intune, co-management and hybrid endpoint management.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code practices.\nKnowledge of patch management and vulnerability remediation processes.\nExperience administering Active Directory and Group Policy.\nUnderstanding of ITIL frameworks and change management processes.\nRelevant Microsoft endpoint administration certification or equivalent.\nExperience managing multi-site or regional SCCM/MECM deployments.\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
