You will collaborate with the Scrum Master, Product Owner and technical team to deliver reliable, maintainable applications through Agile development sprints.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyse business and technical requirements, and translate them into application designs and technical specifications.\nDevelop and enhance applications using Java, ReactJS, Spring and related technologies.\nAssess enhancement requests and prepare clear change specifications.\nUse AI-assisted tools to support development, troubleshooting and solution design, while reviewing outputs for accuracy and quality.\nPrepare and maintain application, system and technical documentation.\nParticipate in sprint planning, system reviews and other Agile ceremonies.\nUnderstand dependencies across applications, systems, messaging services and databases to diagnose issues and improve efficiency.\nUse development tools and automation to improve productivity and software quality.\nDevelop test cases and conduct system integration testing (SIT), load testing and performance tuning to meet service-level agreements.\nSupport production deployments and provide post-implementation troubleshooting and support.\nProvide technical guidance to junior engineers.\nStay current with emerging technologies, standards and development practices relevant to application delivery.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.\nAt least 5 years of recent, relevant hands-on experience in application development.\nHands-on experience with Java and ReactJS, including knowledge of the Spring Framework.\nExperience with messaging technologies such as MQ.\nExperience with PostgreSQL or an equivalent relational database management system.\nPractical experience with Agile delivery, including Scrum and sprint planning.\nExperience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
