The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Linux platforms, infrastructure automation, and enterprise operations, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, production-critical environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLinux System Administration\nInstall, configure, harden, patch, and maintain Linux systems (primarily RHEL-based distributions)\nPerform OS tuning, performance optimization, and capacity planning\nEnsure system security compliance (CIS benchmarks, patching, vulnerability remediation)\nInfrastructure Operations\nManage Linux systems across development, testing, and production environments\nProvide Level 3 support for Linux-related incidents and issues\nSupport high availability and disaster recovery configurations\nAutomation & DevOps\nDevelop and maintain automation using Ansible, Bash, and Python\nAutomate provisioning, patching, and configuration management workflows\nContinuously improve system efficiency through infrastructure-as-code practices\nSystem Monitoring & Reliability\nMonitor system health, logs, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools\nTroubleshoot system bottlenecks, kernel issues, and application dependencies\nEnsure high system availability and uptime\nHardware & Platform Support\nSupport physical server infrastructure including installation and maintenance\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware-related issues\nDocumentation & Compliance\nMaintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and runbooks\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and audit requirements\nRequirement:\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration in enterprise environments\nCore Technical Skills:\nStrong hands-on expertise in RHEL / Linux (LVM, networking, kernel tuning, system internals)\nExperience with configuration management tools (Ansible preferred)\nProficiency in shell scripting (Bash) and familiarity with Python\nExperience working in large-scale, production environments\nAdditional Skills (Preferred):\nFamiliarity with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus\nUnderstanding of security hardening and compliance standards\nRed Hat certification (RHCSA/RHCE) is highly desirable\nITIL certification is an advantage\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
