You will lead the diagnosis and restoration of network incidents, working with carriers, OEMs and vendors to maintain availability across a live production environment.\nResponsibilities:\nTroubleshoot and resolve L3 incidents involving switches, routers, firewalls and network security platforms.\nSupport secure remote access, VPN and privileged connectivity.\nManage carrier, internet, private line and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.\nAdminister DNS, DHCP, NTP, routing, network segmentation and load balancing.\nLead root-cause analysis for P1/P2 incidents and follow through on corrective actions.\nMaintain network diagrams, configuration records and operational runbooks.\nServe as a primary or secondary escalation contact in a 24x7 on-call rotation.\nRequirements:\nAt least 6 years of experience in enterprise or data centre networking, including ownership of L3 incidents.\nCisco CCNP/CCIE or Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE certification.\nStrong hands-on knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs and network segmentation.\nExperience with at least one firewall platform, such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA or Check Point.\nFamiliarity with formal incident and change management processes; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.\nAvailability for a 24x7 on-call rotation.\nExperience with Cisco Nexus/ACI or Arista data centre fabrics is an advantage.\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
