You will lead design activities from research through to high-fidelity prototypes, translating complex business and user needs into practical solutions for enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines research expertise, strong visual design skills, and experience leading projects and mentoring designers. You are curious, attentive to detail, and committed to improving how people interact with digital products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIndependently plan and conduct end-to-end user research, selecting methods appropriate to project objectives, scope, and timelines.\nFacilitate research sessions and workshops to understand user needs, business requirements, and operational challenges.\nSynthesise findings into actionable insights, personas, journey maps, and opportunity areas to guide design decisions.\nTranslate complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for desktop and mobile platforms.\nDesign visually cohesive, intuitive, and scalable interfaces, with purposeful interactions and motion where appropriate.\nCreate and maintain reusable UI components, pattern libraries, and design system documentation to support consistency across enterprise applications.\nApply platform conventions, usability principles, and accessibility standards throughout the design process.\nConduct heuristic evaluations of websites and enterprise systems, identify usability issues, and recommend improvements.\nManage day-to-day design activities, project timelines, and UX deliverables with minimal supervision.\nAllocate design tasks, balance team workloads, and facilitate retrospectives to improve collaboration and delivery.\nReview junior designers’ work and provide clear, constructive feedback and mentoring.\nCommunicate research findings, design rationale, and recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.\nIncorporate feedback constructively and collaborate with stakeholders to refine solutions.\nStay informed about design trends, tools, and practices, and contribute to initiatives that improve design quality and ways of working.\nRequirements:\nAt least 6 years of UX/UI design experience, including a minimum of 4 years designing enterprise systems and at least 3 years leading design projects.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, including independently planned research, workshop facilitation, interaction design, and polished interfaces.\nProven ability to translate research findings into meaningful frameworks and clear design decisions.\nStrong visual design skills and experience maintaining or evolving design systems for enterprise applications.\nAdvanced interaction design and prototyping skills for desktop and mobile platforms, including motion design.\nWorking knowledge of usability heuristics and accessibility standards, with practical experience conducting heuristic evaluations.\nExperience managing project timelines, allocating tasks, and coordinating stakeholders.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to business and technical audiences.\nExperience mentoring junior designers and providing actionable design feedback.\nA collaborative approach, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and act on feedback.\nApplication:\nPlease submit your resume and portfolio highlighting relevant enterprise system projects, your role in each project, and the research and design outcomes.\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
